Terms of Use and End-User Licence Agreement

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms govern the Sallux Bookkeeping Connector (the “Connector”), operated by 1526765 B.C. LTD. dba Sallux (“Sallux”).

The Connector is a private integration licensed only to authorized Sallux personnel for Sallux's internal bookkeeping. It may connect to Sallux's QuickBooks Online company to support accounting administration, including invoices, expenses, reconciliation, and reporting. It may not be used unlawfully, shared with unauthorized persons, or resold.

Users remain responsible for reviewing accounting information and actions. The Connector is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the Connector is provided “as is” without warranties. Sallux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from its use. Sallux may change or discontinue the Connector or revoke access at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
