Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

1526765 B.C. LTD. dba Sallux (“Sallux”) operates the private Sallux Bookkeeping Connector (the “Connector”) for authorized internal use.

With administrator authorization, the Connector may access Sallux's QuickBooks Online company information, accounting records, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, expenses, reports, and OAuth connection information. Sallux uses this information only to operate, secure, and support its internal bookkeeping workflows.

Sallux does not sell this information or use it for advertising. Information may be processed by Intuit and service providers needed to operate the Connector, or disclosed where required by law.

Sallux uses reasonable safeguards, restricts access to authorized personnel, and retains information only as needed for operations and legal or accounting obligations. OAuth credentials and tokens must be stored in Sallux-controlled systems and never in public pages or client-side code.

An authorized administrator may disconnect the Connector in QuickBooks Online under Apps or My integrations. Questions and access, correction, or deletion requests may be sent to admin@sallux.dev.

Information may be processed in Canada or where Intuit and Sallux's service providers operate. This policy may be updated by posting a revised version here.
